Selvage Along: Link Up Selvages!

It's link up your selvages day!  We are wondering, how do you store your selvages?  I keep mine in a large fabric-wrapped basket:

Selvage storage!

The basket it fairly deep, and I've been collecting them for about 3 years.  I'm excited to finally be using some!

This is my first time hosting a linky party, so bear with me if there are issues!  Please don't hesitate to let me know if there are any problems--I will try to get them fixed ASAP.

Let's see your selvages!

  1. Yay, excited to be getting started, I'll drop back to see how everyone else stores theirs - Chris :D

  2. I think I currently have 2 selvage edges and they are overwhelmed in my scrap bin, so not too much to link up at the moment! ;)

  3. I store mine with my ribbon because I like the idea of using them to wrap gifts.

  4. I am hoping to get some good ideas on practical storage. My selvedge collection is thrown together in a few containers and if I am working on a project, they are all tipped out on the table within easy reach of the sewing machine. I would like them to be stored in an orderly manner but it never seems to happen LOL

  5. Oh, you have some pretties in there! My storage is rather messy :)

  6. I don't keep mine but now I'm wishing I had - mid years resolution - hang onto them!
