  8. What a fun giveaway! Instead of quilt con this year I visited my fiancé's grandmother. We've tried hard to visit her once a month but when I got a new job, we had to put off our visits so it was the first time seeing her since November. She's so sweet and fun, it was certainly a well spent weekend. 😊

  41. How generous of you to share! Over QuiltCon weekend I was doing what I'm usually doing: tending to dogs, cats, and chickens. That weekend I was also making a couple of quilts for one of our cats--I started to make her a "little cover", got carried away, and had to start again, smaller that time around.

  64. Instead of QuiltCon, I enjoyed my husband's first few days back after being away a few months. I had every intention of going this year, but when we realized he might or might not be back that weekend, I had to scrap the idea. It would've been too difficult to juggle kids and schedules. But I enjoyed stalking everyone's feeds and watching scopes : ) Next year, though!
