I have finally unpacked from QuiltCon and realized that I have way more stuff than I want and/or need. I love getting the swag bags, but I do not want need duplicates of the stuff I got last year, so I'm giving away to a lucky blog reader!

We've tried hard to visit her once a month but when I got a new job, we had to put off our visits so it was the first time seeing her since November. She's so sweet and fun, it was certainly a well spent weekend. 😊

How generous of you to share! Over QuiltCon weekend I was doing what I'm usually doing: tending to dogs, cats, and chickens. That weekend I was also making a couple of quilts for one of our cats--I started to make her a "little cover", got carried away, and had to start again, smaller that time around.

ReplyDeleteInstead of QuiltCon, I enjoyed my husband's first few days back after being away a few months. I had every intention of going this year, but when we realized he might or might not be back that weekend, I had to scrap the idea. It would've been too difficult to juggle kids and schedules. But I enjoyed stalking everyone's feeds and watching scopes : ) Next year, though!

ReplyDeleteI ran and ran and ran! We are training for our first half marathon (96 days left) aland then our first full marathon (last Sunday in September! So these days we are runnning 8-10 miles 3-5 days a week!!! I do love to run (but I miss my fabric!!
